Working for repeat client, Worcester College of Technology, this contract incorporates the complete refurbishment and fit out of the former Russell and Dorrell furniture shop in Worcester.
The three storey refurbishments includes a new composite clad roof and asbestos removal. Externally a new facade will include new windows and rendering of the whole building to the point it will no longer be recongiseablle.
Designed to BREEAM Very Good, an efficient internal envelope is a key factor in the development, which encompasses new classrooms, beauty and therapy training rooms, a commercial salon, IT Suites as well as a fashion, art & design multimedia suite.
Speller Metcalfe will be completing the full fit out of the premises.
